  really enjoyed the stay over the year i had with my mates, nothing was too much trouble for Craig and his team. Made my experience with rental accommodation much better than it had been in past.

  Although small, these guys pack an almighty punch in the Gillingham Letting game – Very professional and good knowledge of the Gillingham Student market, also over delivering on rental income. I found them friendly, approachable and gave a fantastic service across both maintenance and relationships with landlords (at least with me). They kept me up to date on tenants moving in, feedback on viewings and the checkouts. Rates are also very reasonable.
  I’ll continue to use these with current and any future properties. Highly recommend 5 star service!!
